Luigi Rivieccio

Born in Cassino, Italy, in 1986. After high school, he graduated in law with honours in 2009 from the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio. He attended the "Anselmo Anselmi" notary school in Rome and the "Neapolitan notary school". Has won the public competition for the assignment of a scholarship named after Prof. Mario D'Orazi Flavoni, with a graduation dissertation in commercial law. He won the award established by the University of Cassino for the 10 best graduates of the university in the academic year 2008/2009. In December 2011, he qualified as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Rome. He has collaborated with the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculties of Economics and Law of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio. In 2016, he obtained a PhD in "Formation of European Law, Historical-Philosophical Foundations and Evolution of Positive Law" at the University of Cassino. In January 2013, he won the notary public competition announced with the Decree of December 27, 2011. In February 2014, ha also won the next notary contest, announced with the Decree of 22 March 2013. Since 2016, he has been a delegate of the Triveneto Notarial Association. He has been appointed chairman of the young professionals working group in the autonomous province of Trento for the period 2017-2019 and has been practicing as a Notary since March 2015, initially at the Lavis headquarters, and from in December 2016 in Pergine Valsugana.
